Parents may always individually schedule an appointment through the front office secretary to meet with Mr. Simano, Director.  The Director also meets with parents four times a year (once per quarter) for a “Dialogue”.  The Director will come with a few pieces of information and/or policy to discuss and answer questions and then he is availabe to answer questions and dialogue with you about your concerns.  Historically at least one other administrator joins to help answer specific questions regarding their individual schools.  Please come to the Dialogues and we’ll do our best to translate for the different languages.  At least one Dialogue a year will be language based (multiple meetings) to help facilitate cultural discussions and answer questions.
