Expected Student Outcomes (ESO’s) for Bandung Alliance International School
As BAIS strives to attain its vision, it is important to develop programs, strategies, and methodologies within the context of Biblical principles, producing graduates with a Christian worldview, who:
- Develop a lifestyle based on Biblical principles, which demonstrates true worship in all areas of life: academic excellence, gracious and merciful social interaction, a God-honoring attitude, and a balanced lifestyle.
- Demonstrate higher-level thinking skills in all academic disciplines through writing and speaking (our school wide goal this year).
- Demonstrate understanding and appreciation in specials areas (ex. Art, Music, Computers, PE) through the process of making connections, questioning, problem solving, and application. ** (emphasized in the 09-10 school year)
- Develop a critical appreciation of other worldviews and their influence on history and present-day societies while maintaining and respectfully defending the Biblical worldview.
- Develop an awareness of local and global opportunities in order to impact others through outreach and service.
- Develop skills in technology, social interaction, stewardship, and moral living in order to positively contribute to society.
