Overview

Bandung Alliance International School is a small school with around 200 students who are a close-knit family. If you attend BAIS, almost everyone knows you by name, and you will be greeted as you walk through the halls. Any new student would immediately feel welcome here as the student body is very friendly and looks after new students. Due to the small class sizes, teachers get to know you very well. They look after you and take an interest in your personal life, helping to lead you, helping to make you a better person. It’s not uncommon to see some teachers sitting at Starbucks on a Saturday afternoon and to sit down and talk with them for awhile.

BAIS has an active sports program that students are invited to participate in. Sports are a major part of BAIS life and approximately one-half of all middle school and high school students are involved in one or more of the sports offered.

BAIS is more than just a school. It’s a community. It’s filled with teachers who care about you and invest in your lives. It has students who will take you under their wing when you first arrive, and who will be there for you when you need them. BAIS will give you a good education and prepare you for your future, whatever it might be.
