BAIS is a member of the Network of International Christian Schools Inc. (NICS). NICS operates schools in 13 countries around the world. BAIS benefits in several ways as a result of being part of this larger international network of schools.

New faculty members are recruited through the NICS office. NICS helps place Christian teachers in positions that would be the "best fit" for their credentials, talents, and desires.

NICS provides expertise and advice to schools in the network. BAIS benefits from this advice and ideas from our sister schools around the world.

NICS provides all incoming faculty a two-week intensive training experience on transitioning to a new culture and working with "third culture kids."
