SOFEFO (Strengthening Our Faith, Equipping For Outreach) is a fellowship of expatriate youth (grades 6-12) that exists to aide and encourage young people in their spiritual journey: to introduce them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to strengthen their faith, and to empower them to reach out to their peers and community. We want to do this through mentoring relationships and small groups. We believe firmly that God has a plan for the lives of youth and that He wants, and can, use them RIGHT NOW.

While SOFEFO is an independent ministry and open to students from any school, the BAIS student body makes up most of the group involved. The group meets on various Friday nights throughout the school year. The highlight of the year is always the SOFEFO weekend retreats during the spring semester of school.
