Can you feel it? The IISSAC excitement is in the air, and as we draw nearer and nearer to the first game on Friday the atmosphere is electric! I am absolutely ecstatic to be a part of the BAIS team this weekend. The hours of hard work by both staff and parents have once again affirmed that we live and work in a great community.
After the dust settles from the IISSAC event on Sunday afternoon, we will be preparing to welcome the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) College Fair. It will begin on Tuesday, November 1st at 11am for all students in grades 9-12 and then they will be in the MPR to visit and chat with all students and parents who would like to attend after 2:45. Please come out and meet representatives from some of the best christian universities in the US.
The day after the college fair the blessings of the week continue as the Korean Dialogue Director’s meeting will occur on November 2 at 1pm in the MPR. This is a great time of year to hear your feedback and hear about what is happening on the BAIS campus.
Then we move on to the Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, November 3rd and Friday, November 4th. It is one of my favorite times of the year! I look forward to seeing all of you as you come to the school to hear about your children’s progress.
Last, we then continue to fellowship through our Western Dialogue with Director’s meeting on November 8 at 1pm in the MPR.
As you prepare to come and meet with us in the Parent Teacher conferences next week, I encourage you to think about how we can better partner with you for your child’s education. In the past week you have received your child’s 1st quarter report card, 1st semester MAP testing results, and 1st semester writing assessment results. Take a look at all of these and bring us any questions you may have. We are here and waiting to serve you and your family!
I love seeing our campus busy and full of so much activity. These are great reminders of how blessed we all are to be a part of something so good. Thank you to all of you who daily entrust us with your children’s education. We love having you all here and love being a part of BAIS. Looking forward to all the fellowship opportunities over the next week!
