The BAIS boys’ varsity team played their first college opponent, UPI. They were a big, physical team, but the speed and pressure of the Eagles wore them down, and led to a 51-31 win for BAIS. Once again, the Eagles showed good composure, dealing well with inconsistent officiating and the physical level of play. Matt Marshall led the way with 22 points, 11 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 blocked shots. Terry had a great game on the boards, getting 14 rebounds to go along with 8 points. Won Jin played his usual hustle; never giving up game, getting 13 points and 4 steals. All nine Eagles (with Yoon Seong, Min Young, Matt, Drew, Brady and Keun) played with good energy and contributed to the win. Thanks to all the fans that came out to cheer on the Eagles teams.
